Jenna Swann brings over 18 years of experience in senior living. Her background spans clinical care, business office management, regulatory compliance, and admissions, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how senior living communities operate from the inside out. Most recently, she served as Director of Marketing & Admissions at Our Lady of Hope for over 8 years where she discovered her true passion for helping seniors and their loved ones navigate the transition process with confidence.
Jenna grew up in the Richmond area and currently lives in Henrico with her 2 children. She is a graduate of Bridgewater College where she played soccer and now enjoys watching her daughter play soccer and her son play football.
She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, providing compassionate guidance, and connecting families with the care and community that best meets their needs. Her goal is to make every step of the decision-making process as seamless, supportive, and personalized as possible.

Jackie Burke brings more than 25 years of experience in the senior living industry, with a strong background in admissions and community relations. Her diverse experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of senior living communities and the unique needs of older adults and their families.
Most recently, Jackie served as the Director of Community Relations at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, where she spent more than seven years helping seniors and their loved ones navigate one of life’s most important transitions. Jackie entered the Senior Housing industry right out of college, serving as a Director of Activities in an Independent Community, then moved to Director of Admissions at a SNF/AL and once relocated to VA, she was part of the sales team at a CCRC. It was during this time that she discovered her true passion for guiding families through the senior living journey with compassion, confidence, and personalized support.
Originally from the Midwest, Jackie is a graduate of Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She now resides in Chesapeake, Virginia, with her husband, Thomas, and their Australian Shepherd, Tallulah. In her free time, Jackie enjoys bike riding, spending time with her family. Also, cheering on her favorite NFL football team—the Kansas City Chiefs. Go Chiefs!

Denny Pregent

Denny serves as a Senior Advisor and is the Founder of ViaVera. He has worked closely with seniors, families and care teams at all levels throughout a 20+ year career in elder care.
Denny is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Preceptor, a member of the Virginia Assisted Living Association Board of Directors and served on the advisory boards of the ECPI University Health Administration and Registered Nurse Program. Denny is a member of the Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Long Term Care Administrators.
He lives in Powhatan County with his wife and their 5 children, is an avid reader, and hockey player. Denny is motivated to serve families and their loved ones with dignity and love and sees his own parents in those we support.
