Jenna Swann brings over 18 years of experience in senior living. Her background spans clinical care, business office management, regulatory compliance, and admissions, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how senior living communities operate from the inside out. Most recently, she served as Director of Marketing & Admissions at Our Lady of Hope for over 8 years where she discovered her true passion for helping seniors and their loved ones navigate the transition process with confidence.

Jenna grew up in the Richmond area and currently lives in Henrico with her 2 children. She is a graduate of Bridgewater College where she played soccer and now enjoys watching her daughter play soccer and her son play football.

She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, providing compassionate guidance, and connecting families with the care and community that best meets their needs. Her goal is to make every step of the decision-making process as seamless, supportive, and personalized as possible.
